A long time ago in a hospital far, far away...

TONY BRACCO WAS BORN! Well let’s skip all that shall we and get on to the juicy stuff! First off, I’d just like to thank you for taking some time to check out my site. It means a lot to me that someone out there may be interested in what I have to offer.
I grew up in North Babylon, New York and I have studying graphic design for the past 5 years and each year has gotten even better than the last. I studied at Briarcliffe College in Bethpage, New York and received my Bachelors of Fine Art in Graphic Design in 2012. If you would of asked me 6 years that I’d be going to school to be a graphic designer I would of asked you "what’s a graphic designer?” I'm serious! Growing up, my only type of "graphic design" interests or skills came from drawing Dragonball Z characters, watching cartoons, and animated movies. I was more interested in becoming the next shortstop for the New York Yankees. Little did I know that those characters and movies were subliminally guiding me towards my future...
One day when I was maybe 17 or 18, it hit me! I was watching a behind the scenes documentary for Toy Story and John Lasseter was talking about the process of creating the film. Not only did he go over how the film was made, he talked about how much fun he and the crew had when creating it! They would play games all the time in the offices like laser tag and just have an all out good time all while creating this amazing film that would go on to change movie making for years to come. I thought to myself "I like cartoons, I like these movies and characters... hell I like playing games while getting paid! Why not go to college and learn how to create these movies?".
Not only do I have an immense affinity for any and everything animated, I've learned how to take my favorite hobby and passion (baseball) and combine it with my years of graphic design knowledge. I've begun to start taking more photos at Major League Baseball games that I attend. I try to capture the most exciting and captivating shots that happen during the course of the game. I think i'm able to capture these shots because of the fact that I know the sport already so well just from playing for so many years.
So here I am, 5 years later and boy what a ride it’s been! Besides learning the ways of a graphic designer I've met a ton of great and talented people, visited museums that I would only see on TV, pulled TOO many all-nighters, and most importantly, obtained this vast quantity of knowledge in the field of graphic design that I’m ready to put to the test! This experience has been so fulfilling because whenever I sink my teeth into a new project, I give it my all and there's nothing better then seeing the look on peoples faces when they truly appreciate the time and effort of your completed work! So look out world, Tony Bracco is out for hire and ready to kick some gluteus maximus!
